Office Assistant needed to manage office and deal with clients at reception.
Must have some computer knowledge.
Organize office files and maintain office needs.
Day-to-day bank transactions such as pay orders.
Sort and distribute communications promptly.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance.
Maintain relationships with banks and customers.
Perform receptionist duties when needed.
