We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Coordination Officer to support the smooth functioning of operations and communication across teams. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of tasks.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and team activities




  • Maintain records, schedules, and reports




  • Support internal communication and follow up on action items




  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the coordination team




  • Liaise with other departments as needed




Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience




  • Strong organizational and communication skills




  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)




  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
