Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Passenger Sales Manager to lead our Airlines GSA Sales Operations in Southern Pakistan, based in Karachi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Airlines / GSAs sales, marketing, and distribution, and be able to manage Sales Teams with clearly defined goals for expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage passenger sales activities.


• Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.


• Providing strategic leadership to sales teams for service delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a master’s degree in marketing (MBA) will be given strong preferences.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the Travel industry with a proven track record.


• Strong communication skills.


• Excellent customer service orientation.


• Ability to work independently and lead the Sales team.

Compensation:

Starting Salary: PKR 200,000/-
